My first classroom was the business itself.
Running an SME means connecting customers, teams and profitability every day.
In catering and events, I managed quotes, schedules, production, suppliers and teams. Every choice directly affected quality, margins and workload.
It gave me a whole-business perspective: financial, people and operational issues make sense when you look at the business as a whole.

Difficult times taught me to see clearly.
I’ve experienced growth and ambitious projects, alongside tensions and moments of reassessment.
Crises, restructurings and difficult decisions involving people taught me to review the numbers early, clarify responsibilities and set priorities.
My conviction: a business becomes stronger when its leader can rely on a clear structure and a team empowered to take responsibility.
