During 30 minutes, you explain your situation. We check whether the review fits your needs and agree on scope and arrangements before any commitment.

We start with your accounts, available figures, organisation and pressure points. You do not need to have a complete dashboard already.
3. Analysis and a discussion of findings
I connect your data with day-to-day reality. Together, we examine findings, risks, opportunities and decisions to consider.
4. Priorities for the next 30 days

Which documents should I prepare?
A description of your situation is enough for the first conversation. If we work together, we identify the useful accounts, activity figures, indicators and organisational information. Do not send confidential documents through this form.
How does it differ from the free online business check?
The free business check highlights signals based on your answers. The SME 360 Business Review is a personalised assignment: we examine your information and operations, then define priorities and an action plan.
What if I only have one decision to work through?
The 60-minute Executive Clarity Session may be more suitable for a focused question. The introductory conversation can also help identify the right format.
What happens after the introductory conversation?
If the review is appropriate, we agree on the scope, price and arrangements. You remain free to proceed or not. If another type of support is more suitable, I will tell you.
